Game changer
These patches are great for white heads. I personally put these on right after I wash my face and let my skin dry. The patch will absorb the gunk from your blemish preventing the bacteria from spreading to other parts of the skin. These speed up the healing process as well. They stick very well but only to clean and dry skin. They come off easily when you need them to without causing any discomfort. I always need to have these on hand!

They really work
I’ve been amazed at how it works on whiteheads. Wear it overnight and it the morning you’ll see that it has pulled the white gunk out. Peel the patch off and the blemish is hardly noticeable. It’s amazing. If you have a whitehead that’s really at the surface you can wear it a couple of hours and it will work.

Works well for teen
Purchased these for teen who gets the hard pimple bumps and used myself. The directions say 6 to 8 hours and they have been applied before bed and removed in the morning. Since they are still on in the morning, they do adhere well and are not difficult to remove. The original worked very well. The pimple did not completely disappear but it was no longer hard and painful. I have sensitivity to some bandage adhesives and this does not irritate my skin. The product was only used on the face so unsure if it would work on the body as well.

You need this
I have unusually sensitive skin and was worried that this would make my situation worse. Yet I had no reactions except positive ones. The patch is smooth and doesn’t leave a mark. It feels good and makes me forget there’s something I want to pick. They can last all day or night and the pack is decently priced. I did notice it does not work as well for my teenager but I have a suspicion this is because he doesn’t leave them on long enough

Wow! It actully works! And fast too!
This is the best invention, best cure, for a witehead ever! Oh my goodness! I really cant believe it, but this brand does exactly what it claims. After trying this, i admit that i did try a knock off generic brand, but no surprise, it did not work. It did not work just like every other similar type product has never worked. I am soo thankful that i decided to trey this product! I could have easily gave up on ever finding a patch that would drastically reduce, much less completely get rid of a whitehead, and especially within just a few hours! And there just is something gross, yet fascinating, and totally rewarding about being able to see the junk that this little pad removes from your sin and captures in its mateix of magic! I will add that the key to its success, for me, has been to do something that goes against typical convention, and that is to pop the zit right before putting the patch on. This felt wrong to me because for years I was warned never ever to pop a zit. And though i was never ble to follow this advise, i still felt wrong every time i did it. But once i saw how well it worked i did do a little experiment and tried not poping a zit once. It did not work. It didnt do anything at all, actually. But when i pop a zit, and thus give this magic little patch access to the grossness that my sin has decided to store up for some hiddious reason, then isntantly, ok well in a second or 2, i can actually see a little white spec form ontop of where the popped zit is. And it will grow in proportion to the reduction in swelling and puss. It pulls the nastiness out and locks it away in its magical materials. I am now a loyal customer of this product. And there are a few drawbacks but they are miniscule in comparison to its benefits! They include dryness at the site for a day, at most. And my very very fare complextion will remain pinckish at the site for about a day as well. But i will gladly take a small dry pink spot over a massive red and yellow white, threatening to errupt, skin volcano any day!! This product is truy my vein, superficially important, looks hero! And i will buy this product forever!

They Really Work
We got these for our “tween” daughter who has been using them regularly. This is actually the second box we’ve purchased because she loves these so much. They are very thin and not noticeable at all… I had to look closely to see one on her face, which means the patch actually camouflages the blemish. But the best part is that they actually work. The day after use the blemish is smaller, less “angry” and less noticeable. We will always keep a box of these around.

I am wearing it right now
I bought several of these as I heard people raving about them. I’m currently wearing it now, and I already see the puss being brought up to the top. It does not get a rid of your pimple right away, it does, however, in a sense pop it. Wear these and then when you take it off, put acne treatment on it to help the pimple disappear. I have had to use more than one on a pimple, it really just depends on the size and if it has a lot of puss.

Invisible
I bought these for the random breakout I get.These are only good if you have a pimp that’s already been somewhat popped or close to popping. It draws out all the bacteria.I put it on over night and remove before leaving the house and when I remove it the pimple it flat and dull no longer bright red or irritated.These are truly clear and most of the time I forget I had put one on. Could easily be worn in public without being noticed

Works great, sometimes
It’s really satisfying to pull one of these suckers off when it’s worked well. Seeing all the gunk that it pulls out is equal parts gross and gratifying and it can help flatten out some of those under the skin pimples that brew there for days, but sometimes nothing happens at all. I can never predict which pimples are going to get sucked down to nothing and it feels like a real waste when I pull one off with zero results. I’ll continue to buy them for the times it does work and continue to be really bummed out when I realize nothing happened.

Great Adhesion, Blends Well
I get very few pimples, mostly one or two around my eyebrow line due to plucking my eyebrows. I like to put these little patches on any that show up, and it completely obscures the redness and blends into my skin. It sticks easily throughout the day, even when I am brushing my hair out of my face. It doesn’t come off accidentally. I physically have to peel it off to get it off my face, but it removes easily with no pulling.

Worked on my sensitive skin
For all my skin issues, my 38-year-old self hasn’t had more than tiny whiteheads in like 10 years. Well after multiple days of sunscreen and sweat I got a massive skyscraper of a cystic zit. It was so big and so sore but not open to the surface so no way to pop it. After 2 days of no improvement, I ordered these patches in desperation as I had a work event coming up. I had to wait to 2 more days for them to arrive but it was still going strong by then.I was a little worried about using them because there are some reviews with pics of pretty horrific reactions. But I had some time to recover before going back to the office so I put one on before bed and slept in it, probably 8 hours.In the morning it was down a good 80%, but still a good sized raised bump. It was also very red, but not painful or irritated. I slept with a patch on again for the next 2 nights, so 3 nights total, before I was satisfied. But I was happy it worked at all on such a massive, totally closed pimple.I had no reactions on my ultra sensitive skin. Just a bit of dryness and flaking which is normal for a healing zit. It’s been over a week since I stopped using the patches and I can still feel a slight bump and it’s still a bit red, but with makeup it’s invisible. Those of you with cystic acne will know those things hold on forever, so this level of improvement is amazing.I’m only deducting one star because i found them a bit hard to use — they are hard to get off the backing and I could never manage it without folding the edge under a little bit, which means it’s no longer sticky in that area.I’m not sure they’re supposed to be used as a cover-up, but it’s an added bonus. They hid the blood-red boulder on my chin while treating it, and while being almost invisible. You might even be able to put makeup over them.

100% Works
Never wrote a review before, so here it goes. My friend told me about these small patches as I was getting pumps on my jaw area and cheeks at 53 years old. Nothing ever came out of them when I would try to pick/squeeze them, causing breaking/scabbing of the skin. As you can see from the picture, I had a red pump starting on my cheek put the patch on when I went to bed, pulled off this morning and BAM no more red pump and the white stuff is what was pulled out of that pump. 100% recommend these little patches!!

These definitely work. Now I will say don’t always have your expectations that your zit will disappear overnight. I think it really just depends on the zit and when you put it on. I’ve used it where it’s almost gone over night and other times where it takes a couple days. Either way, it definitely reduces the look of it!

This is a helpful tool for teen’s breakouts
We have this on subscription as it runs out fast in our teenage driven household. Hormones, new make-up, too much stress leads to the odd break-out here and there, and this is excellent go-to when that “random” pimple pops up. My youngest said, Mom, kids wear these during the day at school. Awesome. I wish during my teenage days I could’ve had these, much nicer than a flesh toned band-aid.

Best Patches
These are the best pimple patches I have used! I have oily skin so most over time fall off. I can wear these to bed or all day, and they still stay in place. These easily obsorb the gunk from the pimple and helps minimize the look. I really like that I can wear makeup with them or without, and they are not easily noticed!

When I bought this item I had a nice-sized pimple on the side of my face. I applied the patch to my face over night and the next day I woke up and the patch was still on my face. When I took the patch off I noticed that the pimle was smaller than the night before. It looked way better and I felt better about it.

I find it works when you get to the pimple early enough. I also find I tend to not take it off the plastic great and end up with a bit of a fold when I put it on my face. But it does reduce redness and limits the time of the pimple

It Works & It Works Well
Tried it on a low risk blemish. I had been struggling with a black head gone wild on my cheek for the past week.I do my skin care routine every other night (i stay all natural & work w my body’s natural oils) so my skin doesn’t dry out or depend on my products — I did not wash my face before i applied the patch.Blemish was exposed & open when i applied the patch.Left it on overnight & removed in the am. Does not take away redness from what I experienced with this blemish but it had dried it out to where there was only surface healing left for appearance. Could easily and safely hide under makeup.I will def use again i’m really pleased. I think these can help avoid scarring for people.

My holy grail pimple patch!
I should probably just get a subscription on this item because I tend to use a lot of these during my cycle. They’re easy to remove and the color almost matches my skin so it looks as if I don’t have a sticker on my face. I highly recommend!

Neat!
I get pimples that pop up every once in a while but because I pick at them they tend to get worse before they get better. These pimple patches actually do a great job of reducing inflammation and removing any sebum/other irritants from on AND below the skin. Its also really satisfying to peel them off in the morning and seeing all of the gunk these patches have removed.I will say that although I love the fact that there are two sizes to choose from (full or half circle), they are a bit difficult to cleanly separate from the packaging. They also really don’t like sticking to facial hair which can lead to the edges not sticking on properly.Other than those little details I really recommend this product!

I’ve used several cheaper brands and they were all effective, but no where near as much as the Mighty Patch brand. Any kind that were slightly thick and squishy instead of thing and clear would always work best, but still not as well as these.
