1. Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The processing time may vary, so please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, 20% of the product price will be charged as restoking fee.

3. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  1. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damaged item delivery.
  2. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please email video clip to refunds@key2save.com.

Act of God: key2save takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, key2save.com will try to notify you by email.

10. Unacceptable Returns:

key2save.com shall not accept any unreasonable returns, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

11. Changes to this Policy:

key2save.com reserves the right to cancel customer’s order, refund full amount and notify customer the reason of order cancelation by email. key2save reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website.
